Comic Books
and other auctions
Check out Murray the
Cat Production's auctions on eBay. Most of my auctions are
for Silver, Bronze and Modern Age comics books, although I
also sell other items of popular culture such as CDs, books and
move-related materials.
The comic books
pictures here are examples of books I have either sold or will be
selling.
I've been
collecting comics since the 1970s and have bought and sold through
eBay for more than three years. My grading is accurate and
conservative. I urge anyone interested in any of our
auctions to check the feedback under my eBay ID, Manphibian.
Since I am a comic
collector and reader and not a dealer, most of the proceeds are
plowed right back into my collection. I'm always on the
lookout for comics to buy and trade. Topping my
want list currently are Silver Surfer #2-17 (first series), several issues
of Amazing Adventures (Marvel), Charlton horror books, and almost
anything by Steve Ditko. I'm not necessarily interested in
top-grade books; fine and even very good will sometimes do (there
are exceptions, of course) since I plan to read them, not slab
them in plastic. Please inquire.
